However why? Why is the final week of July so arid round right here, when that isn’t true over the japanese half of the U.S.?

It’s not that it will likely be all dangerous, however our outdated buddy, the east Pacific upper-level trough, might be visiting…..and, how do I say this politely?… such options will not be related to warmth waves.
