An intensive care unit nurse has been charged with six counts of homicide after a crash in Los Angeles that killed a pregnant mom, her unborn child, her one-year-old son and 4 others.

Nicole L Linton, 37, may resist 90 years in jail if convicted within the 100mph crash on Thursday.

Linton was discharged from a hospital on Sunday and is being held on a $9million bond on the Century Regional Detention Middle in Lynwood, California.
