For Her Sins viewers rip into ‘completely garbage’ Channel 5 drama – fuming ‘it is nonsense!’


VIEWERS of Jo Joyner’s newest Channel 5 drama For Her Sins had been left reaching for the distant as they branded it ‘absolute garbage’.

The model new programme kicked off this week however it seems that followers have been left lower than impressed with what they needed to witness.

Jo performs the function of Laura within the present and is accompanied by fellow actress Rachel Shenton, enjoying the function of a lady with an ideal life.

Nevertheless, when Rachel’s character Emily arrives and befriends Laura, her life is turned the wrong way up.

However followers have been left calling the programme ‘nonsense’ because it didn’t dwell as much as their expectations.

Jo’s character Laura is a lawyer however followers have been left slamming the present’s writing and its characterisation as they insist there’s inconsistencies between Laura, her intelligence and her occupation.

One fan fumed: “That is absolute garbage and completely unbelievable nonsense, how can a lawyer be so silly!”

One other echoed: “For a so-called Lawyer Laura’s not the brightest is she?! All this began when she met ‘Emily’ but the penny nonetheless hasn’t dropped!”

A 3rd penned: “For a lawyer she’s not very quick at placing this all collectively….”

The feedback didn’t cease there as they continued to roll in to slam the Channel 5 programme.

One watcher added: “Laura’s stupidity is p***ing me off. Why are you telling somebody you had been suspicious of your entire life story?!”

Earlier than another person chimed in to say: “That is good however who would let somebody into their house and be so accustomed to their life so rapidly.”

Talking about signing up for the brand new thriller, Jo stated: “There’s such a contradiction with the character of Laura, so targeted and organised in her work life and but chaotic and insecure together with her house life. I really feel it actually resonates.”

Within the drama, Jo is reunited together with her on display mum from EastEnders, Ann Mitchell.

The actress, 46, joined Holly Willoughby and Josie Gibson on ITV’s This Morning on Monday.

Jo performed Tanya Branning on EastEnders, whereas Ann portrayed her mom Cora Cross on the BBC One cleaning soap.

Jo, who’s Laura, and Ann, who’s Maggie, play a mom and daughter.

She informed the hosts on the present: “It was so good to inform a narrative about two ladies, as a result of I am usually paired with males, some great males like that I’ve labored with through the years.
