Ben Elliot Resigns as Tory Co-Chairman
Ben Elliot has stepped down as co-chairman of the Conservative Celebration. In a press release this afternoon, Elliot stated:
“Serving as co-chairman of the Conservative Celebration has been an enormous honour and privilege. I wish to thank my varied co-chairmen, colleagues on the Celebration Board, the Nationwide Conference, the wonderful senior workers at CCHQ and naturally all our skilled workers, members and volunteers throughout the nation. I wish to thank Boris Johnson for appointing me, and need Liz Truss each success in main our nice nation, significantly given the challenges of the winter forward.”
