Morag Paterson
A way of belonging underpins my photographic work, which varies from the wildly summary to extra literal representations of the pure world. For me, the artwork of pictures is process-based, utilizing the digital camera as a software to precise my engagement with any given location or topic.
Having fun with many camera-free hours roaming on the hillsides of the southern uplands in Scotland or the wooded slopes round our smallholding within the Alpes-Maritime helps construct my psychological scrapbook and incubate concepts.
