Andrew Tate’s jail routine
Tate despatched an e-mail to his subscribers, moaning about life behind bars.
He wrote: “There is just one solution to survive in jail. That’s with absolute self-control and self-discipline.
“In jail, your every day pleasures are extraordinarily small. Cellphone calls and sizzling espresso.
“Whenever you get up, you’ll naturally wish to seize a pleasant sizzling espresso and make your telephone calls.
“However that is an beginner mistake. Your every day pleasures are restricted, when you use it up the very first thing within the morning you’re doomed to a day of distress.”
Tate mentioned “to counter this” he “places obstacles in” his method – 550 push-ups, 100 dips, 4 litres of water and 200 squats.
